chris@mstdn.chrisalemany.ca have been using a cheapo $15 data-only Fido plan for nearly a decade now, but maybe it's time I grow up and get a real plan LOL It's nice though, it's $15 for the sim and worldwide PAYG via VoIP.ms so I basically end up paying something like $16 a month. 3GB data is likely a deal breaker if you're not an elder millennial like me.

Tell me about it! There are some very cool people (i.e. thisismissem@hachyderm.io) working on content classification and tagging so that the burden of filtering out this kind of content isn't borne by server admins directly.
