@julian @rolle every instance has a public timeline.It would have just made it so I don't have to go to mastodon.social, which would be VERY nice.

@eeeee I believe LemmyBB was a proof-of-concept, to show that Lemmy as it existed back then was able to be represented in the front-end as a tradtional forum. But also, nutomic (who may have made LemmyBB? not sure.) is a busy person who has a day job and doesn't work on lemmy full-time

@stefan@stefanbohacek.online @box464@mastodon.social it doesn't sound like they're going to support ActivityPub, it sounds like they're developing a purpose-built migrator to go from Tumblr to WordPress, at which point the AP plugin would do the heavy lifting.
