Likely. The coils only job is to ignite the lamp by whacking it with high voltage to strip some barium elections off the coil to induce plasma and therefore electrical flow. The plasma then excites the phosphorus to make light. After that the coils could just be stubs of wire so long as current keeps flowing through the excited plasma. If you did it inductively it would achieve the same means but I don't think the plasma would be as dense so the lamp not as bright. My theory anyways.

Regulations already exist in every state that ride share companies operate in, including any state where taxis operate. People are already not supposed to sexually assault their passengers. A driver shall obtain a criminal history record check in accordance with subparagraph (I) of paragraph (a) of this subsection (3) every five years while serving as a driver. A person who has been convicted of or pled guilty or nolo contendere to driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol in the previous seven years before applying to become a driver shall not serve as a driver. So all sorts of criminal history, driving record, etc checks have been required since 2014. When I worked in IT, we only let people install every other version of Windows. Our Linux user policy was always “mainstream distro and the LTS version.” Mac users were strongly advised to wait 3 months to upgrade. One guy used FreeBSD and I just never questioned him because he was older and never filed one help desk request. He probably thought I was an idiot. (And I was.) Anyway, I say all that to say don’t use Windows 11 on anything important. It’s the equivalent of a beta. Windows 12 (or however they brand it) will probably be stable. I don’t use Windows much anymore and maybe things have changed but the concepts in the previous paragraph could be outdated. But it’s a good rule of thumb.
