I mentioned the retracting window isn’t exclusive to Tesla. The issue is with how they work when they no longer retract and that appears to be a Tesla problem. It’s not an issue if the window has power. Tesla forum No power, broken window. Random article where parts of the car had power and others didn’t. Broken window as result. My point was not only that aspect, but also about the fact that input and output of the task is information. And while information itself can be a "product" or be provided as a service, in most cases, it's not. But anyhow, I feel like I'm overexplaining myself over a term I said wasn't good.

I don’t think there is a good answer here. I didn’t really want my kids to have phones either but all you’re doing by denying them the primary social tool of their generation is ostracizing them from their peers. Being a parent sometimes feels like a series of un-winnable choices.
