You cant even buy a single device in the U.S that will connect to the phone networks that doesnt contain spyware and government surevellience. There isnt a single open source radio that works on cell networks. All the new devices are being rewritten in horrible code that runs like trash even on todays fast arm chips and stuff. A typical app bow might run an entire web browser just to remder the UI and takes over a GB of ram, for a simple app. The horrible quality of modern software and spyware filled devices make the new CPUs that are 100x more power efficent then ones maybe 20 years ago, use more battery and perform worse then software in the win XP era.

Its only going to get worse. Google is constantly pushing trash software to devices which cannot be removed, and the devices dont even allow root access to let you modify your system, because they don't want you disabling spyware and stuff or dumping their secret backdoor filled firmware off the internal chips, like the radios and stuff. The qualcomm radio in modern smartphones is an entire computer system that you cannot access and has root privileges to your entire device. This is to facilitate state intelligence. To track and rootkit your devices even when its powered off.

Most of these exploits also end up in the hands of private intelligence companies and criminal mafias and cartels, not just the criminal mafia that is the U.S and British and other governments which conspire together to skirt laws the people do manage to get passed for their privacy. For example, the British intelligence spies on other countries in exchange for them spying on them, so that they arent technically breaking any laws. This is what 5 eyes is, but it jas expanded way beyond 5 countries at this point. So your own government sells you out to every government in the world, not just your own. This is why wars between big countries are actually fake. They all are run by the same people. Its the reason pedophilia blackmail and prostitution rings are also an international issue, not a domestic one. They conspire to make sure a tiny class of wealthy people own not only all the resources of the world, and all the valuable assets of the world, which is inflation proof, but that they get to write laws, take down any company that doesnt comply with them, bully and harrass privacy minded people who attempt to make any positive change in the world.
