Unfortunately robots.txt only stops the well behaved scrapers. Even with disallow all, you'll still get loads of bots. Setting up the web server to block those user agents would work a bit better, but even then there's bots out there crawling using regular browser user agents.

Hey, uhhhhh what the fuck. They basically just created an EO saying that LLMs must toe the party line on all things...which I believe is made invalid by the first amendment, but I don't think trump believes in the constitution.

This is more accurate. China is fucking killing it. Far from perfect but somehow the US has turned into a third world shithole despite having the biggest budget in the world. China takes care of its people and actually sends help when natural disasters hit.
