The problem is that the people you're calling nazis aren't nazis. That's where the meme comes from. That's why being called a nazi doesn't bother anyone anymore. That's why actual nazis are getting more and more confident and open in their beliefs - because when everyone is called a nazi, actual nazi's can operate out in the open and no one will listen when they're called out for actually being a nazi.
