A little background info: Russia's been sponsoring one of its oligarchs' business by eliminating their competition. First, they restricted YouTube's speed to an unusable state to force people to switch to RuTube (they didn't) Now they're trying to force people to switch from WhatsApp (and potentially Telegram) to MAX, which they want to be Russia's version of WeChat. Add the fact that our politicians are obsessed with controlling all of the media and you'll get the gist of it.

That's weird, I can still access all my main sites on the surface with no VPN. One site's mirror hasn't even changed domain. I still haven't seen any proof of these attacks on the legal side

The AI only needs to alert the doctor that something is off and should be tested for. It does not replace doctors, but augments them. It's actually a great use for AI, it's just not what we think of as AI in a post-LLM world. The medically useful AI is pattern recognition. LLMs may also help doctors if they need a starting point into researching something weird and obscure, but ChatGPT isn't being used for diagnosing patients, nor is anything any AI says the "final verdict". It's just a tool to improve early detection of disorders, or it might point someone towards an useful article or book.

I'm specifically talking about toil when it comes to my job as a software developer. I already know I need an if statement and a for loop all wrapped in a try catch. Rather then spending a couple minutes coding that I have cursor do it for me instantly then fill out the actual code. Or, ive written something in python and it needs to be converted to JavaScript. I can ask Claude to convert it one to one for me and test it, which comes back with either no errors or a very simple error I need to fix. It takes a minute. Instead I could have taken 15min to rewrite it myself and maybe make more mistakes that take longer.

Part of the reason I am not advocating for or against the extension or the source. People can judge for themselves. I thought it was funny (not a great idea but definitely an interesting implementation). For the record I use both ublock origin and Firefox, and I also run a pihole at home. I'm just putting out there that it exists.
