I have been thinking about it (a Canadian Fediverse / Social Web conference).

Maybe put it in a city within driving distance of where @dansup lives, so that it is easy for him to attend

I jest, but while I am throwing out ideas I have a lead on a space in Toronto that could easily hold 200 standing room. Depends how big you want to think.
