The fact that Mike fucking Lee (UT) voted to remove this speaks volumes.
Lee is still a massive chode, but even a broken clock is right twice a day.

It could also be that no legislation means no legislation.
You couldn't, say, introduce legislation to stop AI from being "woke" because this bill would prevent them from doing so. -
