No way. Apparently heads will explode if phones aren’t thin enough to act as a knife and perfect boxes… Seriously though, that would be sick. I think my dream phone is an Xperia play style slide out keyboard, instead of gamepad, and a “bulge” design like HTC used to do.

Our CPUs and GPUs are many orders of magnitude simpler than our brains. https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/100-trillion-connections/ But I largely agree! We need to optimize software. OTOH, some of the smartest people in IT have been working on this, who are we to second guess them.

Even with pirated Spotify the worsening of recommendations pushed me to pirate another service. Which is a win for Spotify, I guess.

Just wait until all the venture capital OpenAi raised on a valuation that assumes they will singlehandedly achieve the singularity in 2027, replace all human workers by 2028, and convert 75% of the Earth's crust to paperclips by 2030 runs out, they can't operate at a loss anymore, and have to raises prices to a point where they're actually making a profit.

I spent way too long researching the morning. That industry implies a much greater population that is attracted to children. Things get more nuanced. People are attracted to different stages, like prebubesant, early adolescence, and mid to late adolescence. It seems like an important distinction because this is a common mental disorder. I was ready to write this comment about my fear that there's a bunch of evil pedophiles living among us who are simply deterred by legal or social pressures. It seems more like the extreme stigma of pedophilia has prevented individuals from seeking assistance and has resulted in more child sexual abuse. This sort of disorder can be caused by experiencing this abuse at a younger age. When I was religious, we worked closely with an organization to help victims of trafficking. We had their stories. They entered our lives. I took care of some of these kids. As a victim of sexual abuse when I was kid, I had a hatred for these kinds of people. I feel like my brain is melting seeing how there is a high chance of people in my life being attracted to children. This isn't really to justify the industry. I'm just realizing that general harassing people openly about it might not be helping the situation.

So you pay taxes to Putin. Good to know who actually helps funding the regime. I suggest you go someplace else. I won't take this from a jerk from likely one of the countries buying fossil fuels from said regime, that have also supported it after a few falsified elections starting in 1996, which is also the year I was born. And of course "paying taxes to Putin" can't be even compared to what TG is doing, so just shut up and go do something you know how to do, like I dunno what.
