    • Der Widerstand für das PCIe Problem ist natürlich weg
    • gelbe Folie weg
    • WLan Bereich sieht überarbeitet aus, wie erwartet
    • vermisse den IR-Empfänger
    • sollte nicht unten rechts ein Taster rein?? (Habe ich aber noch nicht vermisst)

    Was war drin?

    • ROCKPro64 2GB
    • Kühlkörper
    • 32GB eMMC Karte
    • USB3-to-SATA Adapter
    • Stromanschlüsse für SATA HDD's
    • WiFi Adapter

    Versand ist teuer 30$, dazu kommt dann noch Zoll und Handling ca. 41€. Aber, läuft alles perfekt und super schnell. Zweite Lieferung ohne Probleme!

    Wir kommen zum Board v2.1, das andere Board von mir war ein Vorserienmodell und hatte ja so seine Probleme. Die sollen aber jetzt gefixt sein. Das schauen wir uns dann mal an.

    ROCKPro64 v2.1 2GB RAM

    Problem Nr.1

    PCIe Schnittstelle bekam keine Spannung wegen einem überflüssigen Widerstand. https://forum.frank-mankel.org/topic/116/howto-smd-widerstand-preproduction-board

    Test

    Ich habe eine SSD und einen HDD angeschlossen, mittels zweier SATA Kabeln an der PCIe SATA Karte. Die Spannung für die 2,5 Zoll Festplatten kann man sich direkt vom Board holen. Vorne am Stromanschluß ist ein weißer Steckplatz, dieser stellt die Spannung zur Verfügung. Pine64 hat ein Kabel dafür im Angebot, welches ich mitbestellt habe.

    Nachdem ich alles zusammen gesteckt habe, startete der ROCKPro64 ohne Probleme.

    Etwas schnellerer Weg den Tunnel aufzubauen, Voraussetzung

    wireguard modul installiert Keys erzeugt

    Danach dann einfach

    Die Rechte der Dateien von wireguard müssen eingeschränkt werden.

    sudo chmod 0600 /etc/wireguard/wg0.conf

    Das ganze per rc.local beim Booten laden. Datei /root/wireguard_start.sh

    Willkommen @caillou ,

    am liebsten arbeite ich immer noch mit Kamil seinen Images. Davon setze ich nur dieses ein.

    Zum WiFi hast du ja sicher meinen Bericht gelesen, leider immer noch eine große Baustelle. Aber es wird nicht mehr lange dauern, dann funktioniert das in allen Images. Hoffe ich jetzt mal 😉

    Zu ZFS kann ich dir leider nicht viel sagen, ich meine mich erinnern zu können das ich es mal ausprobiert habe - ohne Erfolg. Das soll jetzt aber nichts aussagen, da das schon ewig lange her ist. Versuch macht klug 🙂

    Ansonsten funktionieren die Images eigentlich mittlerweile absolut reibungslos. Es gibt zwar manchmal einige Berichte, da möchte jemand was besonderes zum Laufen bringen und dann fehlt mal hier und dort ein Kernel Modul. An die Entwickler wenden, dann fließt das auch irgendwann in das Image mit ein.

    Ich wünsche viel Spaß mit dem ROCKPro64. Wenn es irgendwo klemmt, einfach hier fragen. Ich hoffe es kann dann einer beantworten.

    Die Verlinkung hatte ich überlesen, sorry.

    Es gibt nur eine Handvoll Karten, die im PCIe Port funktionieren. Warum, kann ich dir leider nicht beantworten. Es liegt aber mit Sicherheit an falschen Einstellungen im Kernel und an fehlenden Treibern. Ich habe hier auch eine andere Karte rumliegen, die erzeugt immer nur eine Kernel Panic 😞
